Coaching
Each month a passionate and experienced coach meets with the coaching group for a 60- 90 minute Zoom video call. These interactive groups cultivate growth, and offer valuable guidance, accountability and support. Your coach will provide valuable insight to your leadership growth.
Content
Each month there are a series of coaching videos that you receive access to watch. Each video is leading you into deeper personal growth as well as healthy ministry growth. Each session ends with coaching questions to help you process and apply what you’ve learned.
Community
We put 8-12 ministry leaders in a Coaching Group together. Growing in the context of a cohort or coaching group allows for the maximum influence, not just from your coach, but also the other members of the group. Proverbs 27:17 - As iron sharpens iron, one man sharpens another.
