Ministry is rewarding. It's also isolating, exhausting, and full of problems nobody prepared you for. Coaching gives you a framework to build from, a coach who's been where you are, and a community of leaders who get it.

Our coaching is built on a Biblical framework

Every LTG coach uses Vitals for Youth Ministry as their foundation — a framework built on Acts 2:42-46 that gives your ministry clear, biblical categories to grow in. Instead of chasing the latest trend, coaching helps you go deeper in the things that actually produce healthy disciples.

Biblical Truth

Equipping students with a solid biblical foundation and a Christ-centered worldview.

Spiritual Transformation

Creating environments where students encounter Jesus and experience real life change.

Healthy Community

Building authentic relationships through small groups and a ministry culture that feels like family.

Missional Living

Moving students from consumers to contributors — on mission in their schools, homes, and communities.

Leadership Development

Raising up student leaders and equipping volunteers to multiply your impact.

Over 400+ youth pastors have gone through Lead the Generation coaching since 2019!

"This coaching group has supported me with both practical youth ministry application and personal connections that will benefit my future. There's something powerful about God's generals coming together to pour into one another's ministries."

Caleb Stevenson

Student Pastor, Freedom Life Church

"Coaching has had such a huge impact on my leadership and personal growth. The content has given me so much knowledge, the community gives me a place to share and learn, and the coaching has molded me into the leader I am today."

Josh Wolf

Next Gen Pastor

"There are youth ministry resources everywhere, but what I love about LTG coaching is that your coach breaks down healthy youth ministry from the ground up — starting with you, the leader. I'm 8 years in and wish I had this sooner."

John Rodriguez

Student Pastor - Innovation Church

Common Questions

How long are the coaching calls?

Group coaching calls run 60–90 minutes over Zoom. One-on-one sessions are typically shorter and more focused, with length and cadence set between you and your coach.

How often will we meet?

Group coaching meets once a month. One-on-one coaching frequency is flexible — you and your coach will decide what pace fits your ministry and schedule.

What will we talk about on each call?

Every conversation is rooted in the Vitals for Youth Ministry framework, but the specifics are shaped by where you and your group are right now. You'll work through practical ministry challenges, personal growth, and the real questions that come up week to week — not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.

How do I get matched with a coach?

After you sign up, our team will connect you with a coach and group based on your ministry context, experience level, and schedule. If you've taken the Vitals assessment, we'll also use your results to help find the best fit.

What does it cost?

[Placeholder — needs pricing from Ashton/Carrie before this goes live. Suggested structure once you have numbers: "Group coaching is $[X]/month. One-on-one coaching is $[X]/month." Sponsorships available]

Ready to build something healthy?

Don't do ministry alone. Whether you're just starting out or years in and feeling stuck, coaching gives you the framework, the coach, and the community to take your ministry to the next level.
