Reading, PA — April 25, 2026 – Hundreds of Youth Pastors, Kids Pastors, adult Volunteer Leaders, and Student Leaders from across the nation will gather in Reading, Pennsylvania, on April 25, 2026, for the Lead the Generation Conference. This year’s theme, “Inspire the Now, Equip the Future,” reflects the heart of the event: to raise up leaders who will disciple, mentor, and empower students in today’s culture.

Featured speakers include Terry Parkman, Next Gen Pastor and thought leader; Peter Reeves, a dynamic communicator and encourager of leaders; and Eran Holt, founder of Lead the Generation. Worship will be led by Garett & Kate Serban, creating space for leaders and students to encounter God together.

In addition to powerful main sessions, attendees will participate in Super Sessions and Breakouts on topics such as discipleship, student leadership development, volunteer training, and mental health in ministry.
